Generally, there are 3 kind of shipping mode :

1. AIR FREIGHT: The quickest but most expensive mode. Rates will be charged by the kg, either by the actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. This concept is the international rule set by the airlines conference. The air freight can be done in port to port or door to door (courier)

2. SEA FREIGHT: is more economical compare to the air freight. There are two main ways to send goods by sea freight.

A. LCL (Loose cargo)- Less than Container Load –The consignment will share the container space with other freight (consolidated). LCL shipments have some disadvantage, specially for fragile goods such as terracotta and glass works. As this mode has frequent handling, the risk of damage may occur. The goods are packed in Bali then trucked and load in to the container in Surabaya the nearest port of loading. From Surabaya the container will be sent to Singapore or Hong Kong (hub) unloaded and reloaded to another container that goes to the final port of destination. Due to the frequent handling, we suggest you take insurance on the shipment to cover against damage during the transit. The charge for all risk insurance is 1,75%.

The goods must be packed in wooden crates, made according to the size of your goods. As the consequences of this wooden crates, the volume will enhanced by approx. 25% than the actual size of the goods itself. In some cases, half full 20ft container is more cost effective than an LCL shipment . The transit time take twice as long to reach its final destination, while waiting for full space .

B. FCL - Full Container Load is available in 20ft (30cbm) 40ft (60cbm) 40ft high cube (70cbm). FCL shipments are more cost effective than sending anything more than 13cmb as LCL. Local clearance charges are charged per container or per cubic metre. Once 13 or more, it is often more economical to send FCL. For a full container order, we take delivery of the container and personally supervise the packing, The aim is to have a total control of how the goods are packed and placed in the container in order to maximise the space, and ensuring everything is intact for the journey .

Container Inner Size :
20” container : 2,35 x 2,39 x 5,9 meters
40” container : 2,35 x 2,35 x 12 meters
40”HC (High Cube) container : 2,35 x 2,68 x 12 meters

Packing :
The packing will be done according to the size, shape and fragility of each items.
Small items : wrapped in paper or plastic then packed in a carton box
Large Terracotta and Stone items : packed in wooden crate for protection
Large Wooden items : individually wrapped in paper and then in corrugated cardboard

Silica Gel and Superdry :
Silica Gel sachets are added to all packed products
Superdry : we will put enough quantity of water absorber to absorb the humidity inside the container during the transport.

Export Documents :
To accompany your shipment, we will organise all related export documents such as: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Country of Origin Certificate, ISPM Certificate, Phytosanitary ( by request) and any other document requested.
